Deborah Hulme FIIC

Neuroleadership Specialist

A thought-leader and practitioner in employee engagement and behavioural change, Deborah is trained in NLP, neuroscience and coaching and is a Fellow of the Intitute of Internal Communications. With an infectious energy and a sharp strategic mind, Deborah has over 20 years shaping and delivering complex engagement programmes. She provides strategic insight, direction and support at all levels of employee seniority leaving a lasting legacy on both organisations and individuals, but the lightest of footprints.

Teresa Threadgold

Communications Specialist

A highly motivated internal communications specialist, with over 18 years’ experience in corporate communications. Experienced in taking a strategic approach as well as proven strengths in tactical delivery, Teresa has a real passion to make a difference through exceptional internal communications, colleague engagement as well as events development and management.

Francesca Polini MSc

Change & Engagement Specialist

Francesca has delivered at the very highest strategic level across countries and cultures; coaching leaders, setting and executing transformational change initiatives with some of the world’s most recognisable brands including Mars, Greenpeace and Barclays.  She brings a valuable mix of leadership, communication, change and engagement experience across varied sectors and markets.

Dr Jane Stevens MBA

Organisational Change Specialist

Specialising in malignant haematology Jane migrated into a clinical leadership role, most recently operating as divisional director for Cancer and Clinical Support in a large acute Trust in London. Having completed her MBA in 2016, Jane is undertaking a Doctorate in Organisational Change at Ashridge Hult Business School, where she has been accepted as an Associate. In addition to her study Jane works with Minerva to provide, facilitation, training and leadership development insight, learning and support

Helen Stephens

Coach

Helen has 25 years’ experience in the market research industry delivering insight to commercial clients on the performance of their brands and advertising. Coaching and mentoring individuals was an important aspect of this role and after a life-changing event in 2017 Helen decided to focus her career on coaching and take an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching. As a coach she enjoys helping people achieve their full potential by offering a space for people to think and express their ideas without censor or judgement and by gently challenging their assumptions with warmth and empathy. This leads to greater self-awareness and new perspectives, empowering people to take the direction they truly want.

Jonathan Miller

Leadership, Innovation and Change Specialist

An engineer by original training, Jonathan has a sharp mind, a passion for excellence and is excited by technology and people’s innate creativity. He develops leaders, helps organisations to innovate, and facilitates change. Jonathan has worked at executive level in people orientated change roles in: Airbus, Jaguar Land Rover, Logica, Glaxo, Financial Services Authority, the Senior Civil Service and other organisations.

Dominic Paine MBA

Coach & Change Specialist

Dominic brings 20 years of experience from a variety of leadership roles across the media, events and public affairs sectors. During his career throughout Europe and Asia as a sales director and business lecturer, Dominic developed a passion for coaching and mentoring his teams and students in order to help them to grow personally and professionally. Having completed his MBA in 2016 from Ashridge Hult Business School Dominic moved to Australia where he qualified as a Change Management Practitioner and took up a mentoring role at RMIT University.

Jennie Flower MBA

Business Strategist

Jennie has a background as an Account Director/New Business Director in advertising agencies developing and implementing marketing strategies for global brands. She ran her own business development consultancy for over a decade and has lectured in advertising at Bucks Uni. Jennie now heads up Business Development for Minerva Engagement. She is a recent Executive MBA graduate of Ashridge Business School having being awarded their ‘Women in Business’ scholarship in recognition of her research into the challenges facing leaders in today’s global business environment.

Karen Evans

Financial Controller

Karen has oversight regarding all things financial. With over 16 years financial management expertise, Karen ensures Minerva Engagement is compliant with UK regulation. Karen oversees company policy as well as managing all contractual and financial matters. Karen keeps us on track and moving forward.

Bianca Botten

Office Manager

Bianca keeps us all on track, providing invaluable office support, arranging, re-arranging and cracking the whip when required. She ensures the smooth and successful delivery of all Minerva Engagement events, keeping a busy team to schedule with great efficiency and always a smile.
