Calm: Regulate Emotion for Inner and Outer Peace is a self-guided learning module designed to support you in the development of techniques that will allow you regulate emotion and manage anxiety in order to boost your wellbeing, resilience and relationships.
By participating in this course you will learn about the nervous system and the science which explains why certain calming techniques are so beneficial for reducing feelings of anxiety. You will also build awareness of the emotional self and explore ways in which to regulate emotion in order to stay balanced and build better relationships.
During the workshop you will explore and learn more about:
- The nervous system and how to calm it to reduce feelings of anxiety
- How to regulate emotion to promote greater consistency in behaviour and build better relationships
- Practical techniques to achieve inner and outer peace
